Sandstone from Florence, Tuscany
Sandstone is a gray stone used especially in architecture and also in sculpture. It is typical of Tuscan architecture, and in particular of Florence, also ancient times used for cutting blocks of masonry, for isolated elements or as decorative columns, frames and ribs. Today we proudly use sandstone for the construction of coatings such as flooring and wall coverings, or upholstery as for our tables, worked with various finishes directly in the quarry.
